verbal agreement from veronica to license an on-prem instance of gitcafe, in a similar way that she is doing so for enterprise.

in addition to setting this up, i'd like to see how much info i can mirror from cafe and shale.

in addition, i should allow sign-in with gitcafe so that you may sign in to either shale or my cafe instance via an official git.cafe account. this will likely be tricky to special case as accurately as i have done for shale, external account links are completely swapped out during SSR.
