[ ] prepare nightly builds

currently CI ensures every commit is built. i don't want to store every commit forever, but once per day is something i can commit to (bounded size growth)

not important now, but eventually evict after 100gb ($7.2/yr with backblaze)

[x] i want to keep ./build compiler as a minimal exe, but ./build run as the "everything" executable i have alluded to providing. the notable change here is that it will be ./compiler build <input file> instead of ./compiler <input>

[x] run subcommand instead of build

[ ] write and check docs for all features

[ ] consider adding an additional spell + grammar checker for the language manual

[ ] license. must prevent people and companies from stealing the codebase as have happened many times in the past to others.
