    This is just a stub for future discussion. AFAIK Https imports are desired but not necessarily the priority

    design problems to solve

    • many libraries are not one file
    • how to entangle semver into this to allow large dependency graphs to share modules
    • what if a server goes down. it should be possible to use a mirrors.
    • there cannot not be a central registry. owning a namespace like hello does not make sense.

    i will expand on what i mean by these points later. i know they are all solvable if extreme care is given.
