#51Implement standard library

    I will leave @lino-levan to design the actual standard library. The main step of this issue will be wiring Value.standard_library (the global std binding) to import the standard library file. Prereq: #50

    The compiler should be built in two modes

    • Search for a src/std on startup (default in debug mode)
    • Embed the contents of src/std into the binary. Potentially embed pre-parsed/transformed data as these structures do not contain any pointers. (default in release mode)

    Then, the path to the standard library can be overridden via command line argument --std-path or something.

    Milestone: 0.2.0.
