#52Experiment with Actually Portable Executable (APE) binaries

    It seems to me that it would be cool to have a universal binary for this project. Other people have made APE work for non-C programs and I think it wouldn't be that much work to make it work for a Zig build.

    This would be an experiment that we should add under a new zig build system step (called "ape") which is able to build the project using cosmopoliton's tech.

    Milestone: 0.3.0.
