test(desktop): stop renamed notebook before fixture cleanup
Join the reopened notebook background before deleting its fixture cache.
A running cache probe can otherwise create a WAL while remove_dir_all
removes the directory. Keep the busy, collision and successful rename
assertions unchanged.
